Memorials and Honorariums
Gifts in honor or memory of loved ones can be given at any time, and are sometimes given in lieu of flowers at special occasions. Many areas within the hospital can be named in memory or honor of someone. Please let us know if you would like to remember a loved one this way.
Cash, Check, or Credit Card
A gift of cash, often in the form of a check, is often a popular way people contribute to our medical center. A cash gift is tax deductible as well. For your convenience, we also accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and can process these donations over the phone.
Stocks, Bonds, or Other Property
Appreciated assets given to the Foundation allow one to avoid, delay, or spread capital gains tax over time if the asset is sold. In addition, your contributions go toward the medical center to serve the growing needs of the community.
Insurance
Gifts of life insurance, both new and existing policies, are accepted. Naming the Foundation as the owner/beneficiary provides a tax deduction, as well as any premiums you continue to pay.
Trusts & Wills
There are many simple ways to remember the Foundation in your wills and trusts. To include the Foundation in your estate planning, contact your financial advisor or Adam Cook at 704-403-1369.
