Notice to Online Billing Manager Customers of CMC-NorthEast:

CMC-NorthEast continually looks for new ways to enrich your experience with the services we provide. As a part of that effort, we would like to inform you of a few changes that you will begin to see in the next few months.

Effective on November 7, 2009 – CMC-NorthEast will be converting to a new Patient Accounting System. We believe this system will allow us to have better efficiencies with processing time and statement billing to you, our customer. 

What does this mean to you? This means that with any services we provide to you at CMC-NorthEast on or after November 7, you will receive a statement that while looking the same, will have a different account number reference. Our new statements will have account numbers which begin with the letter E and have 10-digits after. Click here to make a payment on accounts beginning with E. First-time users will be asked to register. Returning users can log in directly.

What if you had services prior to November 7? You will continue to receive our present statement using our current account number reference (beginning with the letter V) and followed by 9-digits after. Click here to make a payment on accounts beginning with V. First-time users will be asked to register. Returning users can log in directly.

If you have an account that begins with an E and an account that begins with a V you will have to go click on each of the links above to pay the respective bills.

The Online Billing Manager is an easy, secure way to manage your healthcare finances online. It's a simple service we offer free to our patients. This service provides tools that simplify the billing process and enable you to have access to the following:

• View CMC-NorthEast hospital bills including account balance and patient payments made through the online bill pay service
• View Billing Policies 

The Patient Account Payments (Cashier) and Customer Service Booths currently located at 270 Copperfield Blvd., Suite 11, Concord, NC 28025 will be moved, effective October 23, to the Medical Arts Registration Area at the main hospital facility. The location at 270 Copperfield Blvd. will be closed on that date. The Medical Arts Registration Area location will be open to accept payments and assist customer service needs on October 26.
